Simply Coffee Shops are proud to have collaborated once again with Café Di Ravello https://myravello.co.uk/ opening their latest Café at 1 Dean Bradley Street, Westminster, SW1P 3EP.
Simply Coffee Shops were appointed main contractors for the turn key project by Café Di Ravello and were excited to work on the scheme within the heart of Westminster. Paul from Simply Coffee Shops worked closely with Luigi (Café Di Ravello co-owner) and their design agency https://studiofox.co.uk/ to create the overall look and feel to their latest Café.
The brief from Luigi to Studio Fox and Simply Coffee Shops was that he wanted to create a warm environment for his customers to feel relaxed and comfortable to use as a destination throughout the whole week.
Our key role in the development involved the overall Project Management and Fit Out including : manufacture of the bespoke counter, inclusive of all M&E, Fire Alarm, bespoke furniture and management of the fit-out process to create the stunning new Café.
Alongside Luigi and Stefano we created and positioned the focal point of the Café – the feature counter. The counter had to flow to enable it to work for both their staff and customers to manage a constant customer stream – whilst maintaining comfort and quality at the heart of the Café experience.
The retail unit is part of the prestigious Grade 2 listed development at 9 Millbank – https://www.berkeleygroup.co.uk/developments/london/westminster/9-millbank and sits prominently on the corner of Dean Bradley Street and Horseferry Road.
A change of materials was used from the Café Di Ravello 2025 design at Fen Court but both sites still compliment each other by utilising Italian sourced tiles for the main counter area, aged solid oak surface tops, Karndean and Amtico Flooring – feature lighting and furniture incorporating bespoke Victorian Tiles to complete the Café Di Ravello identity.
