Paul from Simply Coffee Shops worked closely with Luigi (Café Di Ravello co-owner) and there design agency https://studiofox.co.uk/ to create the overall look and feel to their latest Café.
Our key role in the development involved the overall Project Management liaising with BNP Paribas Design Team to gain approval for the scheme and design layouts, including all M&E, Fire Alarm, Sprinkler and Extraction services to the retail unit. Simply Coffee Shops then manufactured the bespoke counter and managed the fit out process to create the stunning new Café. Incorporating Luigi’s eye for detail and requirement for performance, comfort and quality to be at the heart of the Café for Staff and Customers alike.
Utilising Italian sourced tiles for the main counter area, sapele, solid surface tops, terrazzo tiles and feature lighting and furniture which incorporated bespoke Victorian Tiles the scheme oozes class and compliments the Café Di Ravello Coffee and Food which is presented without complication to quite simply just be good.
