Simply Coffee Shops are proud to have worked alongside Stax Coffee in their new venture at Coventry City Centre Central Library – It is the first coffee shops within Coventry Libraries Services and the first of Stax Coffee new ventures in their plan to support Library services and encourage the use of the facilities throughout the UK Library network. Stax Coffee has joined up with Proud to Serve Costa to ensure they offer a good quality coffee and customer service to their offer. Simply Coffee Shops innovative use of books within the rustic counter design and tables add that extra feature to Stax Coffee warm interior colour scheme. New flooring, new furniture and equipment and feature lighting topped off the new venture and we wish Stax Coffee every success and all of us at Simply Coffee Shops thank the team at Coventry Library for accommodating us during the fit out.
