Simply Coffee Shops worked with The Bakewell Tart Shop at the start of 2020 to re-configure this iconic shop with the heart of Bakewell.
With over a 100 years of History it is believed the shop is where the Bakewell Tart was first commercially baked. Simply Coffee Shops worked with Duncan and Faye to create a better solution for the staff and customers within the Café and Shop. New bespoke counters were created for the Shop and Café to have dedicated zones within the space provided, new seating areas were created within the Café utilising the features of the building.

- Feature Counters to the Shop
- New Retail Displays
- Rear Counters for the Shop and Retail area
- Chilled Displays for the Shop
- New Furniture including Bench Seating
- Café Counter incorporating ambient display and Barisata Station.
- New decorations internally and externally
- New M&E
Paul continues to work with Duncan and Faye on a regular basis and the whole Simply Coffee Shops team loved working with the refurbishment of such an iconic shop and play part in its story.
