Our Available Finance Options


Finance Package
We offer a variety of finance packages for those looking to spread the cost of their refurbishment
over a certain period of time throughout the duration of the fit out. Our finance package applies to:
shop fit outs and counters and can be paid are typically paid over four stages of payment.

The four stages of payment are summarised as the following:

Stage 1: 35% of total payment on placement of order
Stage 2: 30% of total payment once site refurbishment takes place
Stage 3: 30% of total payment on store opening
Stage 4: 5% of total payment & balance outstanding on completion of snagging and within 30 days

Lease Package
Lease packages are available on new counters, furniture and equipment. We offer a variety of works which can be repaid over an agreed period depending on the proprietor’s circumstances. For example our counters, furniture and equipment are all classed as assets and we can assist in raising finance for these items. Other areas of the works may also be suitable to lease finance. Typical lease purchase is based over 3 years, though each scheme is independent to the end user.

Self Installation
For new counters and self installation shelving, panelling and bespoke joinery items we offer a finance package
for 50% on placement of order and 50% on delivery.

Joint Ventures
We enjoy taking on joint ventures and taking part in team projects. If you are looking to open a cafe or patisserie business but do not have the capital behind you to make your dream a reality then consider talking with Simply Coffee Shops. We are always keen to help provide resources in terms of knowledge, available premises and potential joint ventures where we will work along side you to help run the coffee shop for an agreed % of the turnover, each project must be considered with a proposed business plan and subject to agreed levels of investment / finance.

Properties
We are always on the look out for properties to renovate into Coffee Shops or existing premises that need refurbishment, however large all small. We have a number of contacts who we can link together in order to make schemes become a reality,
